Meet Paige
Paige Lopez, LCSW
Social Worker| Trauma Informed Care | Somatic Practitioner
Who’s This?
My name is Paige Lopez, and I am a mother, bookworm, and outdoor enthusiast. When I don’t have my nose in a book or a map to plan the next family adventure, I am also a therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Growing up, I was the kid who used a bright smile to hide the fear and pain I experienced at home. I have firsthand experience navigating complicated family dynamics and challenging relationships with close family members. I know what it feels like to live in survival mode—just getting through the day, wearing a mask so no one else would know how hard things really were.
Through a great deal of work and healing, I am now living a life I love.
The Work
I believe therapy is about getting to know yourself more deeply, while also learning to let go of the pieces and stories that are no longer serving you. It is a process of honoring the ways you have learned to cope and survive, while exploring new ways of thinking, feeling, and being.
Together, we will identify unhelpful thoughts, emotional responses, and relational patterns, and work towards shifting them to align with your goals.
My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and somatic-based practices to help process and reintegrate difficult experiences while building resilience and self-compassion.
Why Work With Me?
Each meeting, I will bring warmth, acceptance, and genuine curiosity. I value connection and open communication, and believe healing happens within a safe and supportive relationship.
I work with teens and adults who have experienced chaotic or unpredictable childhoods, difficult family dynamics, traumatic events, depression, and anxiety. I also have experience supporting clients through significant life transitions.
Thank you for being here.
What You Can Expect
With each session, you can expect me to be present and engaging. I’ll offer honest insight, and together we’ll co-create a sustainable plan.
Wherever you are right now is the perfect place to start. Let’s connect!
