Meet Hannah
Hi, I’m Hannah. I am a counseling intern at Front Range Family Resource Center and a graduate student at Naropa University studying clinical mental health counseling. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and have a background in social work, which has enabled me to support individuals through a variety of life challenges and transitions.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy reading, practicing yoga, and creating comfortable, welcoming spaces at home. These interests reflect many of the values I bring into therapy, including presence, curiosity, balance, and meaningful connection.
Navigate Life’s Challenges
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure why they continue repeating patterns that no longer serve them. Anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, substance use concerns, chronic stress, and major life transitions can leave us feeling exhausted and disconnected from ourselves.
I believe that many of the strategies we develop throughout life once served an important purpose. Often, these patterns helped us adapt, survive difficult experiences, or manage overwhelming emotions. However, there may come a point when those same coping strategies begin creating obstacles instead of helping us move forward.
Together, we can explore these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment, identifying what is no longer working while developing healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.
Mindfulness and Somatic Approach
My work is rooted in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and Gestalt therapy principles. I help clients slow down and reconnect with the wisdom of their minds and bodies.
Many experiences such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, substance use, and behavioral addictions can be understood as signals that something important needs attention. Through therapy, I help clients build greater self-awareness, better understand these signals, and develop tools that support healing, resilience, and personal growth.
My goal is not to help you work against yourself, but to help you learn how to work with your system in a way that creates a more balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling life.
Areas of Focus
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, identity shifts, substance use concerns, and major life transitions. I have a special interest in helping clients strengthen their connection to themselves through mindfulness, somatic awareness, and intentional self-reflection. Whether you are navigating a difficult season of life, healing from past experiences, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I strive to provide a supportive space where you can explore what matters most and move toward meaningful change.
Wherever you are right now is the perfect place to start. Let’s connect!
