Therapy Groups and Workshops in Wheat Ridge, Co.

Find Connection, Support, and Growth Through Group Therapy

Healing often happens in relationship with others. Our therapy groups and workshops provide a supportive environment where individuals can explore challenges, build new skills, and discover they are not alone in what they are experiencing.

At Front Range Family Resource Center, our groups focus on connection, personal growth, emotional wellness, and practical tools for everyday life.

Why Consider Group Therapy?

Deeper Connections

Many people assume therapy must happen one-on-one. While individual counseling can be incredibly helpful, group therapy offers something unique.

Reational Healing Can Happen

Healing often happens in relationship. While individual counseling can provide valuable insight, group therapy offers something different. It creates opportunities to be seen, heard, and supported by others who may be navigating similar challenges. Many participants discover that simply realizing they are not alone can be a powerful step toward growth, connection, and lasting change.
