Feeling Stuck, Overwhelmed, or Emotionally Exhausted?

Many people who begin therapy appear functional on the outside while privately struggling with anxiety, relationship stress, anger, self-doubt, emotional exhaustion, or the feeling that they have lost touch with themselves somewhere along the way. Over time, these experiences can begin affecting relationships, confidence, communication, and the ability to feel present in daily life.

Meet Kristin

Kristin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions. She believes therapy is not about fixing who you are. It is about understanding what you have been through, how your experiences shaped the ways you learned to protect yourself, and helping you reconnect with yourself in a more grounded and honest way.

Kristin’s style is warm, thoughtful, and direct. She strives to create a space where clients feel safe enough to slow down, reflect, and begin making sense of patterns that may no longer be serving them.

What You Can Expect

In your work together, the focus is not simply on managing symptoms at the surface. Kristin helps clients explore the deeper roots of emotional reactions, relationship struggles, self-protection, and internal conflict with curiosity rather than judgment.

As insight and awareness grow, many clients begin to notice meaningful changes in their lives. Anxiety often feels less consuming. Emotional reactions begin making more sense. Communication becomes clearer. Relationships can feel more stable and connected. Instead of feeling trapped in automatic patterns, clients often begin responding with greater awareness, confidence, and intention.

Experience & Areas of Focus

Kristin has more than a decade of experience supporting individuals struggling with PTSD, anger management, substance use, neurodivergence, relationship stress, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions.

She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Denver in 2015 and is licensed in both Colorado and Massachusetts.
