Tanji holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. Tanji specializes in working with adults and teens navigating codependency, adult children of alcoholics or addicts (ACOA) experiences, and the long-lasting impact of growing up in chaotic or emotionally unpredictable environments. Additionally, as a veteran, Tanji specializes in helping fellow veterans understand the complicated mix of pride, pressure, and identity shifts that come with service, and the stuggles with leaving service.

Lucas holds a Master’s degree from Naropa University in Boulder, CO and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from the University of La Crosse. Lucas has been working in the mental health field for several years. His experience spans various roles in clinical and inpatient settings, where he has developed a deep understanding of the healing process. Currently, Lucas works with a wide range of clients ranging from combat veterans to those lost due to many of life’s transitions.

Ariana’s training specializes in multicultural psychology, and through this comprehensive lens, she aims to understand all the intersections of an individual’s identity. By exploring the diverse facets that make up a person’s background, such as culture, ethnicity, gender, and socioeconomic status, Ariana gains a holistic understanding of individual experiences and challenges. This approach allows her to provide more empathetic, inclusive, and effective support, ensuring that every aspect of a person’s identity is acknowledged and respected in the therapeutic process.
