Therapist | LGBTQIA+ Affirming | Anxiety, Depression, and Life Transitions

Welcome to a space where you’re fully seen, supported, and empowered to grow.

As a therapist based in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, I believe that each person has the capacity for healing, growth, and meaningful self-discovery. My approach is strengths-based, motivational, and rooted in the belief that therapy works best when it’s collaborative, honest, and human.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, I offer therapy that meets you where you are with curiosity, care, and presence. You are not broken; you are becoming.

Inclusive, LGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapy

I offer inclusive therapy and LGBTQIA+ affirming counseling that welcomes people of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences. My practice is a space where all parts of you are invited to show up and be held with compassion. Whether you’re exploring your identity, processing systemic trauma, or simply trying to make sense of where you fit in the world, you are welcome here.

Furthermore, I have a deep respect for intersectionality and the unique paths each of us walk. Your story matters, and I’m here to help you reconnect with your own voice and inner strength.

Anxiety, Depression,  & Life Transitions

I work with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety or depression, or you’re going through a major life transition that’s left you feeling off-balance. You might be trying to make sense of a relationship or even trying to better understand yourself for the first time.

Sometimes, it’s about finding clarity. Other times, it’s about breaking free from old patterns or beliefs that no longer serve you.

Therfore, therapy gives us a chance to slow things down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself, with your needs, and with your natural wisdom. As a result, we’ll explore how your brain and body respond to stress, therefore aligning toward a healing process that feels aligned, grounded, and truly your own.

A Direct and Supportive Style

Clients often describe my style as warm, direct, and grounding. I offer compassionate honesty, paired with the support you need to take brave steps toward change. I’ll challenge you gently, encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone, and always come back to what feels true for you.

We’ll work together to help you build trust in your own inner compass. Additionally we’ll create more space for the life you want to live.

About Me

I was born and raised in the mountains of Colorado. Additionally, I have lived in several states across the U.S. My experiences have taught me the richness of diverse communities and the importance of listening with empathy and curiosity. I hold a Master of Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver and bring not only professional training but also a wide array of real-life experiences into my work.

Before becoming a therapist, I explored several different careers, all of which helped me understand the challenges of figuring life out as we go. I have a special place in my heart for people who are doing the brave work of showing up for themselves—sometimes for the first time.
