Meet our Providers

Years Established

Telehealth Provider

Morgan Dingle, LPCC

Overwhelmed, stuck, and defeated. It’s been the same cycle for years. Life gets a bit better, you start connecting with others, and then the world knocks you over again. It’s hard to breathe, to think. Maybe you’ve seen therapists in the past, but something never clicked. Maybe you’ve never given therapy a chance. What you do know is that something has to change.

With my ladder and flashlight, we’ll climb into those dark holes that keep you trapped. Therapy is a process of facing your deepest emotions and experiences with the support you never had. Together, we’ll work to identify what you want from therapy, what’s holding you back, and what you need to feel whole again. We’ll lean into the resilience and courage that has brought you this far.

I was born and raised in Colorado; however, I’ve spent much of my adult life exploring other parts of the country. After living on a cruise ship in California, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin, I am grateful to be back home in the Rocky Mountains. By living in different areas of our country, I got to experience life through many different lenses. Meeting people with diverse backgrounds widened my understanding of what it means to embrace this life fully.

I received my master’s degree in Counseling from Northwestern University with an emphasis in Trauma-Informed approaches. Northwestern’s program also places a priority on self-awareness, multiculturalism, and social justice, which I integrate deeply into my work. Through my education, I experienced the pervasiveness of trauma and how we pass our struggles down from generation to generation. At this time, it became clear that connection was the antidote to our pain.

Counseling is my second career. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in Performing Arts and Production Management and worked in the theatre and film industries across the United States. Many techniques from my artistic background enhance my approach to the healing process. I’m also the Co-Director of an annual variety show held to destigmatize mental health in our communities called Upstage Stigma.

Additionally, I have trained in gestalt therapy, sensorimotor psychotherapy, mindfulness meditation, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and am a level 2 reiki practitioner.
