Meet Nicholle
Nicholle Harris, LSW
Social Worker | Somatic and Embodied Prescence | Culturally Responsive Care
Welcome to a space where your story matters.
I am a Licensed Social Worker, U.S. Air Force veteran, and trauma-informed therapist who believes healing happens when we are fully seen, supported, and given permission to grow at our own pace. I’m passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate healing, growth, and self-discovery. I bring a warm, relational approach to therapy that honors the belief that your body, mind, and spirit carry wisdom worth honoring. I help clients with the challenges they’ve carried and the possibilities for joy, resilience, and connection.
Therapy That Honors You
I specialize in supporting adults navigating trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and life transitions. Together, we’ll work to uncover the patterns that no longer serve you and reconnect you with your sense of self. Sessions may include mindfulness, somatic practices, narrative therapy, or DBT skills, always tailored to what feels most supportive for you.
You are not broken—you are becoming.
Inclusive, Culturally Responsive Care
I offer therapy that is inclusive, affirming, and culturally responsive. I bring both lived and professional experience navigating systems of power, identity, and resilience. Together we will create a space that is grounded in and informed by the context of your lived experience and identity. My practice welcomes people of all backgrounds and identities, with deep respect for intersectionality and the unique path each client walks.
A Warm and Grounded Style
Clients often describe my style as warm, curious, and grounding. I offer compassionate honesty and structure, while also creating space for humor, creativity, and joy. In our work together, I’ll gently challenge you, celebrate your resilience, and help you build trust in your own inner compass.
About Me
I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, where my love for storytelling and connection began through theater. I pursued that passion as a theater arts major at the Cleveland School of the Arts, learning not just performance, but how to listen, empathize, and create shared experiences. After high school, I joined and served the U.S. Air Force for six years, seeking opportunities to grow, explore the world, and expand my perspective. My path then led me to Washington, DC, where I spent another six years working for the Department of Defense.
Eventually, life brought me to Denver, Colorado, where I began a career as a cartographer. While I valued that work, I realized I was drawn to something more deeply human and relational, a career where I could meet people where they are and support their growth. That calling led me to pursue a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and to step into the work I love today as a therapist.
I pull from all of these diverse experiences to bring creativity, empathy, and relational depth into every session. I believe therapy is most transformative when it’s collaborative, imaginative, and rooted in genuine connection.
Begin Your Journey
Therapy is a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. If you’re ready to explore what healing could look like, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we can create space for resilience, joy, and meaningful change.
Wherever you are right now is the perfect place to start. Let’s connect!
