Telehealth Offerings
The increase in telehealth post-COVID-19 is likely to be here for a while. The method of helping individuals in this time of need is paramount in how we offer our services. As times are changing, we as a clinic are adapting to these changes and offer our support for those who need help; in-person and telehealth. The Front Range Family Resource Center (FRFRC) has heard the voice of the masses.
Many of the dynamics related to the aftermath of the nation’s pandemic are likely to be in place for at least the next year. Unquestionably, concerns about COVID-19 will remain until the vaccine is widely available. During this period, our patient’s care access preferences will continue to evolve, and virtual health could become more deeply embedded into the care delivery system we offer at FRFRC.
We offer a safe and convenient way to attend your session without having to leave your house. Our Electronic Healthcare provider is Simple Practice. Their Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliant software ensures your information is safeguarded and protected from potential compromise. The only request is that you find a quiet and comfortable place to attend your session. Our providers will ensure they are in a quiet place to host the session, so you feel comfortable.
You can still use your insurance to seek mental health support via telehealth. All of our clinicians are credentialed through numerous insurance panels. Check with your insurance panel to see if our provider is in your network.
